We are long time PG&E Green Source ( http://www.portlandgeneral.com/residential/renewable_energy/green_source.aspx ) customers and will be glad to 'charge' from clean and renewable energy sources to get around town and cart our kids. ( Why would you do that when you have consumers that wanted these cars? ) They said they did this because they didn't want their technology to be stolen.
